GINGER SNAP COOKIES 
Cream together:

1 c. lard
2 c. sugar

Add:

2 eggs, beaten
Scant 1/2 c. Behr Rabbit molasses (1/2 c. minus 1 tbsp.)

Mix well. Sift dry ingredients and add to first mixture:

2 tsp. baking soda
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. cinnamon

Form into balls the size of a small walnut, dip into sugar and bake at 350 degrees until done.
