HAMBURGER JERKY 
1 tsp. liquid smoke
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Mix with 1 pound hamburger and roll out flat between 2 sheets of wax paper. Cut into strip and dry in dehydrator.

Seasonings can be varied according to your family's taste. Some like more peppery, some like more teriyaki taste. This is "just a clean out some of your seasonings" recipe.
