CHERRY TEA CAKES 
3/4 c. salad oil
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. almond flavoring
Juice of 1 med. orange
1 can pie filling
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Blend together oil and 1 1/2 cup sugar. Add the vanilla, orange juice. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Fold in the flour and baking powder. Add almond flavoring to pie filling. Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan. Spread about 1/2 of the batter into a pan. Cover with cinnamon and sugar.
