EASY TEA CAKES 
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
2 1/2 c. self rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla or almond flavoring

Blend butter and sugar; add egg, then flour and vanilla last. Cool and drop teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees just until edges begin to brown.

I made these, but made a small tweak - I used 1/8 tsp. almond extract and 1/2 tsp. strawberry extract. These take approximately 15-18 minutes to bake to golden perfection! This recipe is AMAZING!
