PINEAPPLE CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE
ICING
 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped nuts

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter

CAKE: Mix all ingredients together. Pour in ungreased 9"x13" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Cool and frost.

ICING: Mix well. Spread on cake. I found that I had enough icing for 2 cakes.
