CHICKEN STEW 
1 (5 lb.) chicken
3 (No. 2) cans tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
2 (No. 2) cans okra
2 (No. 2) cans corn
3 lg. onions, diced
Salt to taste
Red pepper to taste
2 lbs. potatoes, cubed

Place chicken in large saucepan. Add 3 quarts water. Cook until tender. Remove from broth; set both aside. Bone chicken; return to broth. Add rest of ingredients; mix well. Simmer for 2 hours, stir frequently.

Makes 12 servings.
