CHOCOLATE GRAHAM CRACKER DESSERT 
1 box graham crackers
2 pkg. instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 lg. Cool Whip

Layer graham crackers in a 9 x 12 inch pan. Mix 2 packages pudding (vanilla or French vanilla) with 3 cups milk. Blend in Cool Whip. Pour 1/2 of the above 3 ingredients over the layered graham crackers. Make a second layer of graham crackers. Pour the rest of the pudding mix over this. Cover this with another layer of crackers. Make icing and cover the above.

ICING:

2 sq. chocolate baking squares
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. Karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. milk

Mix melted chocolate with butter, syrup and vanilla. Add powdered sugar with milk.

Make this dessert the day before and refrigerate.
