HEAVENLY DELIGHT DESSERT

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. nuts

Mix to dough. Press in a 9"x13" pan or dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

1ST LAYER:

1 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip
1 (9 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix together.

2ND LAYER:

3 c. milk
2 sm. pkgs. chocolate instant pudding.

Mix together and spread on 1st layer.

3RD LAYER:

Remainder of large package whipped cream (Cool Whip). Top with nuts, chopped.
