HEAVEN'S DELIGHT | |
3 cans chunk pineapple, drained 1 jar each red and green maraschino cherries 1 (10 oz.) pkg. marshmallows 1 pt. whipping cream, whipped 4 tbsp. sugar Whip the cream and set aside. Drain and cut cherries in half. Combine 2/3 of the cherries, pineapple, sugar and marshmallows. Mix together, then mix in 2/3 of the whipping cream. Smooth the top and put on the remaining whipped cream. Then decorate with the remaining cherries. Can also use chopped pecans in mixture and to decorate the top. Refrigerate overnight. Rich and delicious! |
