CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. tostitos
1 fryer
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced with chilies
1-2 cans chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. grated cheese

Boil and debone the fryer. Combine cream of chicken, Ro-Tel tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, and chicken broth and cook over heat until smooth. It a large casserole dish, layer chips, chicken and soup mixture and then cheese. Makes about 2 layers. Cook at 350 degrees 25-30 minutes and cheese is melted.
