MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 sm. bell pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
Cheese
Flour tortillas
1 can ranch style beans, drained

Brown meat, onions, bell pepper; drain well. Spray baking dish with Pam, put small amount of soup in bottom of dish so tortillas won't stick. Place cut up tortillas in dish, half of meat mixture, beans. Layer of cheese then repeat. Top with chicken soup and Ro-tel tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
