MEXICAN CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 sm. can enchilada sauce 1 1/2 pkgs. soft tortilla shells 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated 1 tsp. chili powder (optional) Brown ground beef with onions and peppers; drain. Add soups and enchilada sauce. Add chili powder, if desired. Layer sauce with tortilla shells and cheese in baking dish or casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. |
