1 lb. ground beef
1 can corn, drained
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can Ro-Tel
1 sm. bell pepper
1 onion
1 pkg. taco or enchilada mix
1 can water
1 pkg. Doritos
1 c. grated cheese

Brown hamburger; drain. Mix ingredients then put Doritos in 13 x 9 x 2 pan; add mixture then grated cheese on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and let cheese brown for about 5-10 minutes. Serves 6-8.
