EL DORITO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion
16 oz. can tomato sauce
1 c. sliced black olives
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. small curd cottage cheese
3/4 c. chopped green chili
7 oz. pkg. tortilla chips, crushed
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Brown meat, stir to crumble and drain. Add next 3 ingredients and cook until onions are transparent. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream and chili peppers. Layer chips, then meat, then sour cream, then cheese. Repeat layers in dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
