CHICKEN DORITO CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts, cooked
2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
1 lg. bag plain Doritos
1/2 c. milk

Boil breasts, skin and bone. Chop and lay in large baking dish.

Mix together in saucepan, soup, tomatoes, milk and chunks of cheese. Pour half over chicken.

Crunch chips and layer over chicken and liquid. Pour remaining cheese mixture over all. Cook in oven until bubbly.
