ALMOND JOY CAKE 
Bake one chocolate cake (with pudding).

While cake is baking mix:

1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
24 lg. marshmallows

Heat until melted, then add 14 ounce package coconut. While cake is hot pour over cake.

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Heat until it begins to boil. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted. Add 1 cup nuts and pour over cake.
