ALMOND JOY CAKE 
1 chocolate cake mix with pudding
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
24 lg. marshmallows
14 oz. pkg. coconut

In large cookie sheet bake cake mix according to directions for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. While cake is baking, prepare filling. Heat filling mixture until melted and add coconut. While cake is hot, pour filling over top.

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts

Heat frosting mixture until it begins to boil. Add chocolate chips; stir until melted. Add nuts and pour over cake. NOTE: You can put toasted almonds on top of filling, then pour frosting over this, omitting nuts in frosting.
