“BASIL-TUNA CLUB SANDWICH” IS IN:

BASIL-TUNA CLUB SANDWICH 
2 cups fresh basil leaves
1 cup light mayonnaise
1 (12 oz can) tuna packed in water, drained
12 slices favorite bread, preferably potato bread, toasted
8 slices cooked bacon
2 large tomatoes, sliced

Chop 1 cup basil, mix with mayonnaise and 1/4 tsp pepper.

In a bowl, combine tuna with 1/2 cup basil mayonnaise. Spread remaining basil-mayo over one side of each basil slice. Top mayo side of 4 bread slices with remaining basil leaves, then bacon.

Place 4 remaining bread slices, mayonnaise side up, over bacon. Top with tomato slices, tuna mix and remaining bread, mayo side down. Cut sandwiches into quarters.
