BRANDY BALLS 
2 c. crushed vanilla cookies (or chocolate cookies)
1 c. finely chopped pecans or walnuts
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. light corn syrup (2 tbsp. cocoa if vanilla cookies are used)
1/3 c. cognac (or rum)
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients together and form into large marble sized balls. Roll in additional powdered sugar. Store for 1 week.
