BRANDY BALLS 
3 c. either graham cracker or vanilla wafer crumbs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. corn syrup
1/4 c. cocoa
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. brandy, rum or bourbon

Combine all ingredients; form into balls the size of walnuts. Roll in extra powdered sugar. Seal in tightly closed container for at least 1 week.

This recipe was so nice to find, since I already had graham crackers in my cabinet. These turned out even BETTER than the ones I've made in the past using vanilla wafers! I rolled some of the balls in cocoa powder, some in powdered sugar, and some I added in coconut and then rolled them in the cocoa or the sugar, as well. Letting them "mellow" for a few days, and then I'll give some to friends, and KEEP THE REST FOR US!!
