CHICKEN BROCCOLI BAKE 
3 lg. chicken breasts, boil with onion, celery, and salt; cool, debone, and cut up
2 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped (cook for 5 minutes)
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lg. can mushrooms, whole or sliced

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer broccoli on bottom, then chicken, cover with cheese slices, mixture of soup, mayonnaise, mushrooms and water chestnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
