LATTICE TOP CHICKEN BAKE 
1 (10 oz.) can cream chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
2 c. chopped cooked chicken (2 breasts)
1 (1 lb.) pkg. broccoli, cauliflower, round carrots, thawed and well drained
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can Durkee fried onion
1 c. Bisquick
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. milk

Combine soup, milk, chicken, vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese, and 1/2 can onions. Mix milk and soup and pour over other ingredients. Spread mixture into a greased deep pie dish. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Mix remaining milk (1/4 cup), egg, and Bisquick. Put this on top of the pie in lattice form. Dribble across, off a spoon (3 across and 3 down). Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes. Take remaining cheese and onion and sprinkle over the top and put back in oven for 3-5 minutes until onions are brown.
