LATTICE TOP CHICKEN BAKE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots, thawed and drained well
1 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. milk
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 sm. can Durkee French fried onions
1 egg, slightly beaten

Combine soup, 3/4 cup milk, salt, chicken, vegetables, 1/4 cup cheese, and 1/2 can fried onions. Spread mixture into greased 8 x 12 inch pan. Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine biscuit mix, egg, and 1/4 cup milk to form a soft dough. Spoon over hot chicken mix to form a lattice design. Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until biscuits are golden. Top lattice with remaining cheese and onions; bake 3-5 minutes or until cheese melts and onions lightly brown. Make 6 servings.
