LATTICE - TOP CHICKEN BAKE 
1 can condensed cream of chicken or cream of mushrooms soup
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots, thawed and well drained
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
1 c. Biscuit mix
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. milk

Combine soup, milk, salt, chicken, vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese, and 1/2 can fried onions; spread mixture into a greased 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Mix together last 3 ingredients. Make a lattice top on top of the casserole with the Biscuit mix. Bake 10 to 15 minutes until biscuit is done. Put rest of cheese and fried onion on top of casserole and bake for another 1 or 2 minutes.
