CHICKEN-BROCCOLI BAKE 
2 chicken breasts, halved, boil, remove bone & skin
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. broccoli, cook according to directions to thaw
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 c. milk
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt

Line bottom of casserole with broccoli. Melt the cream cheese, milk, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt and salt in a double boiler until smooth. Pour 1/2 of cheese over broccoli. Place chicken next and pour the remainder of the cheese on top. Sprinkle 1/4 to 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated). Bake until bubbles.
