SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. squash, cooked & drained
3/4 stick butter
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. evaporated milk
2 c. diced bread crumbs

Mash squash, add other ingredients. Mix well. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
