PINEAPPLE SIDE DISH SALAD 
2 cans pineapple chunks
5 tbsp. flour (self-rising)
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled, approximately 1/4 lb.

Pour pineapple and juice into a Pyrex dish. Mix flour and sugar together; pour over pineapple. Place grated cheese over flour mixture. Sprinkle Ritz crackers over all and sprinkle with melted butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
