RICE SIDE DISH 
1 c. rice
2 c. water
3 bouillon cubes (chicken or beef)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 tbsp. butter
Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil, turn to low, cover and simmer 20 minutes. When ready to serve sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
