LOW COUNTRY BOIL 
6 lg. potatoes, halved
4 lg. sweet onions, halved
1 tbsp. salt
1 doz. blue crabs or 2 lbs. polish sausage
1 (3 oz.) pkg. of crab boil seasonings
3 whole cloves garlic
4 to 6 lemons, halved
1 c. vinegar
1 doz. ears corn
5 lbs. unpeeled shrimp

Fill a 5 to 6 gallon pot with water and bring to a boil. Fill 2/3 full. Add potatoes, onions and salt. Cover and cook over high heat for 20 minutes. Stir in crab or sausage, lemon and vinegar. Cook an additional 10 minutes. Reduce heat, add corn and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add shrimp. Stand in water 5 minutes. Drain and eat with melted butter.
