LOW COUNTRY BOIL 
2 lbs. med. shrimp
1 lb. precooked Polish sausage
4 ears corn
2 lemons
1 onion
1 pkg. Louisiana crab boil seasoning
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 beer
Salt & pepper to taste
4 qt. water

Quarter lemons, cut onions, celery and add seasoning. Bring to boil. Add sausage, boil. Add corn, boil. Add shrimp and beer, boil. Cook until shrimp turn pink. Dip and serve. Serves 4.
