ONE DOUBLE CRUST PIE CRUST | |
2 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. Crisco 1 egg 1 tbsp. vinegar About 1/2 c. cold water Blend together the flour, soft butter and Crisco with knife. In a measuring cup lightly beat 1 egg with a fork. Add 1 tablespoon vinegar and enough cold water to equal 1/2 cup of liquid. Lightly fold liquid into flour mixture. |
