DOUBLE PIE CRUST 
3 c. flour
1 c. Crisco
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. water

Mix flour, Crisco, and salt together. In small separate bowl, mix eggs (slightly beaten), vinegar, and water together. Add to flour mixture. Blend until moist. Roll in ball and chill 1 hour before rolling out. May freeze to use later.
