1 1/2 c. Wesson oil 2 c. grated carrots (about 3) 4 egg yolks (one at a time) 3 1/2 tbsp. hot water 2 c. sugar 2 1/4 c. sifted flour 2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. chopped pecans Sift cinnamon, nutmeg, soda and salt into batter. (I sift with flour.) Add pecans. Beat. |
