HAM-BACON-EGG PIE 
Cooked ham, cubed sm.
Cooked bacon, cubed sm.
Bread, cubed sm.

Amount of each depends on size of pie being made.

Eggs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Mix all the above ingredients together in bowl and add enough eggs to moisten all real good. Cut enough of the other to fill a square pan or pie plate according to taste.

PIE CRUST:

Double shell.

3 c. flour
1 egg
1 1/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
5 1/2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vinegar

Work flour, shortening and salt until fine. Beat egg, water and vinegar together, make a little well in the flour mixture then add liquid; mix well. Add bottom crust to pan, fill with mixture. Cover with top crust. Bake 350 degrees until golden brown. (Croation.)
