BACON, HAM & CHEESE QUICHE 
4 large eggs
1 cup half & half or evaporated milk
salt and pepper, to taste
4 strips of crispy bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup ham, diced in 1/4-inch pieces
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped sweet onion
1 frozen deep dish pie shell, unbaked

Preheat oven to 375°F. Whisk together eggs, half & half, salt & pepper. Stir in the crumbled bacon, ham, cheese and onion. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 375°F for about 45 minutes or until the quiche is lightly browned and the eggs set.

Serves 4 to 6.
