BUTTERMILK PIE 
1 pie crust
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon extract
2 egg yolks

Beat egg yolks and add buttermilk. Sift flour and sugar and add to mixture. Add butter and cook until it begins to thicken. Add lemon extract and pour into unbaked pie shell, and bake about 20 minutes at 350 degrees and top with meringue.
