BUTTERMILK PECAN PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour or corn starch
3 eggs
1 stick butter
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pie shell, uncooked (graham, regular crust, etc.)

Blend sugar and flour. Melt butter over low heat. Beat eggs slightly, adding pinch of salt. Add nuts and mix all ingredients well. Add vanilla. Turn into uncooked pie shell.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
