BUTTERMILK PIE 
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted and cooled
4 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pie crusts
Pecans

Mix ingredients with electric mixer and pour into unbaked pie crust. Top with pecans and place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Yield: 2 pies.
