BUTTERMILK PIE 
9" unbaked pie crust
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs well. Mix flour and sugar together and add to eggs. Add melted butter and beat well. Stir in buttermilk and vanilla. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 325 degrees until firm in center.
