EGG AND BACON PIE 
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 tbsp. butter
2 or 3 onions, chopped
6 slices bacon, chopped
3 eggs
2 c. milk
Salt & pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. chopped parsley

Line deep 8" pie plate. Heat butter in saute pan. Add onions and bacon; fry 3 to 4 minutes.

Beat eggs in bowl. Add warmed milk, drained onion and bacon, salt, pepper, mustard and parsley. Pour into pastry shell. Cook in preheated 375 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. If desired, extra slices of bacon can be broiled and used as garnish. Yield: 6 servings.
