5 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 lg. can milk
12 oz. Nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 heaping tbsp. peanut butter
4 c. miniature marshmallows

Cook sugar, butter, and milk for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove pan for heat and add all other ingredients. Pour in a greased pan.
