TOO TIRED CHILI | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 c. frozen corn (optional) 1/2 bell pepper, chopped 1 c. pintos, cooked 1 (12 oz.) can Rotel 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 clove garlic 1 sm. onion 2 to 3 tbsp. chili powder 1 tsp. chili powder (optional) 1 tbsp. syrup Cook ground beef; drain. Place in 4 quart pan. Then add corn, bell pepper, pintos, Rotel, tomato sauce, chili powder, diced garlic, onion and stir. Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes. Check flavor, if not too spicy add 1 teaspoon chili powder. Add syrup, cook 5 more minutes. |
