CURRANT-PECAN PIE 
3/4 c. butter or 1/2 butter & 1/2 butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. currants or raisins
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. vinegar

Melt butter and add remaining ingredients. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells and bake 50 minutes at 300 degrees. Yield: 2 (9") pies or 1 oblong pan.
