PECAN CHESS PIE 
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cornmeal
1 tbsp. vinegar
Salt, pinch
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans (or 1/2 c. pecans and 1/2 c. raisins)

Mix ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
