CHOCOLATE CHESS CAKE 
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. coconut, shredded (optional)
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. evaporated milk
Pie shell, 9-inch or two frozen 8-inch shells

Mix and pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool and serve with ice cream.
