HONEY - MUSTARD CHICKEN SALAD 
1 lb. cooked chicken, cut in cubes
Mixed greens
Red cabbage, shredded
1 lg. tomato, chopped
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Alfalfa sprouts
Slivered almonds
1 c. honey mustard dressing

Toss chicken with greens, cabbage, tomato, and eggs. Mix in honey mustard dressing. Sprinkle alfalfa sprouts and almonds on top. Serves 4.
