MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 lg. eggs
1 can mandarin oranges, with juice
1 lg. can crushed pineapple in its own juice
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1 - 12 oz. Cool Whip

Place cake mix, oil, eggs, and oranges in a bowl. Beat together 3 to 4 minutes. Do not add any other moisture. Place in 3 layers. (Can use a Bundt pan. After it cools, slice the cake in half.)

Bake at 350°F. This will take 25 to 30 minutes for the layers or 50 minutes for the bundt pan. Combine pineapple and pudding mix in a small bowl. Fold in Cool Whip. Ice the layers. If you use a bundt pan, after icing cake, fill the hole with the remaining icing.
