YELLOW CAKE MANDARIN ORANGE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (dry)
1 can mandarin oranges (with juice)
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs

Beat together all ingredients and pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 325°F for 25 to 30 minutes.

Frosting:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. prepared whipped topping

Mix all ingredients together. Let stand for 20 minutes. Frost on cooled cake. Keep in refrigerator.
