FLUFFY PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines delights yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 pkg. Jello instant French vanilla pudding & pie filling

In a large bowl add cake mix, mandarin oranges and eggs; beat well. Grease three cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees until done, approximately 35 to 40 minutes.

ICING: In large bowl, mix Cool Whip, pineapple and vanilla pudding. Mix with a spoon. When cake cools, put icing over layers and sides. Keep in the refrigerator.
