FLUFFY ICING CAKE 
1 pkg. cake

Prepare cake as directed on box, using two 9 inch pans.

ICING:

1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. instant pudding (vanilla or chocolate)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip

Mix together the first 3 ingredients, then fold in Cool Whip. Spread icing on cake.
